Our transitional housing provides a secure, structured space where residents can focus on stability, healing, and personal growth. We create a home rooted in dignity, respect, and accountability—so every woman feels supported, seen, and safe.
Comprehensive Resource Connections
We connect residents to essential services that support long-term independence—such as employment opportunities, education and training programs, healthcare access, and community resources. Our goal is to help each resident build a strong foundation for a fresh start.
Groceries & Sunday House Dinners
Groceries are provided for daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with residents sharing cooking duties on a rotation. Each Sunday, our founder prepares a family-style house dinner for residents to reflect on the week, celebrate wins, and work through challenges. Optional pantry snacks are available for separate purchase.
Professional Management and Support
Founder Erika Bailey leads Crowned Reflections LLC alongside her sister and business partner. Our planned first home combines daily house-manager visits, clear expectations, and compassionate accountability. Residents will work toward employment or training, share household responsibilities, and build the skills and connections needed for greater independence.

What is transitional housing?
Transitional housing is temporary, structured housing that helps residents build stability and prepare for greater independence. Crowned Reflections LLC provides non-clinical housing and reentry support, with shared responsibilities and connections to outside resources. We are not a medical, detox, or residential treatment facility.
Who can benefit from Crowned Reflections LLC?
Our planned first Queen’s Home will serve up to six adult women returning from incarceration. Children will not be housed in the first home. Future King’s Homes are part of our long-term vision.
How intake works: Submit Request Intake for yourself, or use Refer Someone with that person’s permission. We review the inquiry and follow up to discuss housing needs, timing, program fit, payment or sponsorship options, and availability. Acceptance and move-in arrangements are confirmed separately.
Resident expectations: Our planned Royal Code of Conduct includes a drug- and alcohol-free property, curfew, shared chores, respectful conduct, and working toward employment or training within 30 days. Expectations are reviewed during intake.
The home is in development. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee placement or reserve a bed.
What support services do you offer?
We provide a range of support services, including assistance with employment opportunities, educational programs, financial literacy, healthcare access, and community resources. Our goal is to connect residents with the tools they need for self-sufficiency.
